The Assiniboia Chamber of Commerce is an organization of businesses seeking to further their collective interest while advancing their community, region, province and nation.

The Assiniboia Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization with members from all size of businesses; single entrepreneurs, small, medium and large enterprises, home-based businesses, not-for-profit and community organizations. We work together to build a healthy economy that benefits West Winnipeg.

Our service territory is considered Winnipeg West, which includes everything west of Route 90, and all points to the north, west and south to the city limits. This includes the airport area, CentrePort, Red River Exhibition Park, Assiniboine Park and Zoo, Assiniboia Downs, Treaty One Land Development, and FortWhyte Alive!

Why we exist
Winnipeg West is the largest and fastest growing business district in the city, and it is home to over 4,000 businesses and 100,000 residents.

The Assiniboia Chamber of Commerce is the "voice for businesses in Winnipeg West. We work for businesses, in the region, and are focused on building a true community by providing our members with:

• Programs and services that help members succeed in their business
• Direct access to government and business decision-makers
• Access to the information and resources that our members may not be able to obtain on their own.

What we believe
Winnipeg West is a unique business and economic region, and its members need and deserve representation that understands and serves their needs. Beyond that operational goal, we also believe that the Winnipeg West region is a unique business community, and we seek to reflect those needs in all we do in the community.

For almost 100 years, the Assiniboia Chamber of Commerce has acted as a visible catalyst for economic growth in Winnipeg West through its networking, programming, advocacy and ongoing communications with its member businesses, government and the community at large. as the business climate in the city changes, we strive to adapt to those changes, to continue to provide value to our members.
